This unit has been totally renovated and updated with today's finest appointments. All new carpet, stained concrete floors on the first level with a custom rug. Crown molding through out. The owners are interior designers and artist. The furniture, lighting, accessories and original art are all unique creative works of the owners and like no other oceanfront town home in the area.

The highest quality furniture, appliances, and treatments through out the home. There are only eight units, so this makes for a more peaceful and relaxing setting compared to the areas with 'Tall towers'.

No buildings are allowed more than four stories on Scenic County East Hwy 30-A.

It is a little 'Piece of Heaven' on earth.

About The Owner

We bought this beachfront town home for the amazing view of the beach!! We are interior designers and artists. Upon buying, we completely remodeled our town home as a design showcase.

Why The Owner chose Seacrest Beach

The town home sits on a 30 foot bluff with a beautiful yard overlooking the beach. It is just a few paces down the stairs and you are on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are only eight units in our complex, so it makes it very private and enjoyable place to visit.

What makes this townhome unique

Scenic Hwy 30-A has over 25 four star restaurants on this sixteen mile stretch. Many unique shops where you will see things you don't see any where else. We are minutes from Destin and Panama City Beach. We now have the exciting new 'Pier Park' only 15 minutes away with theatres and over 900,000 square feet of shopping and dining. The area is known for regularly having wine festivals, free outdoor concerts, and even free outdoor movies.

Wonderful Stay at Seacrest Beach

My family of four had a wonderful spring break stay at this townhouse. The location on the beach could not be any better. The beach was not crowded and the condo building was quiet. We would definitely come back again.

Perfect Property, Perfect Experience

This was our second time using VRBO and now we always will have a great property to return to! The townhouse was fantastic with a great view of the gulf from the den as well as the master bedroom. It is located directly on the beach as the yard is connected directly to its boardwalk. We could not have had a better place to stay. Working with Coop and Peggy was fantastic and they made everything very easy. Incredibly responsive, very helpful providing travel tips and recommendations of places to eat, etc. We felt right at home as it had everything we needed. Not only will we return later this year and next as well, we've recommended it to our friends who have gone to 30A for years but have never had an experience like ours.... can't wait to return!

Great place to RELAX

The other reviews said it all. From the time we got there, until the time we left, we were able to kick back and relax here. It has all of the comforts of home. With my wife and two daughters there, it was great to have 2.5 baths. This unit had everything that we needed to cook breakfast in the morning or grill dinner outdoors in the evening. Beds were comfortable and we kept the sliding door open a crack to hear the waves at night. And that was the ONLY thing we heard at night. This unit is in a very peaceful area. The beach was not crowded. We ordered chairs and umbrellas from the place on the refrigerator door magnet. They set up our chairs on the beach each day very early in the morning and picked them up later in the evening. The only caution I would give is the stairs from the beach. They can be strenuous if you are older and out of shape (I actually looked forward to them a few times a day since I needed the exercise). Coop is easy to get in touch with if there are any concerns while staying there. I definitely look forward to staying here again.

This was our first experience using VRBO. We were delighted with our choice. This town house is a gem. The location to all the wonderful restaurants and activities make it the perfect place. You will feel like you are at home but with the beach just right outside you're patio door. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends.

Perfect Escape from the Frigid Northeast

Such a perfect getaway for us (my husband and me and our dog). First of all there is really nothing I can add to the rave reviews that this townhouse receives. It is lovely in every way-beautifully decorated, comfortable, well-equipped and thoughtfully designed (furniture and art that I would happily have in our home). We were at Sea Shadows 2 the first week of March, 2015 and the weather was unusually cool and cloudy/foggy, but the condo and the surrounding areas were so nice we really did not mind. And cool is a relative term-we were escaping frigid, snowy northern NJ so walking on the beach barefoot with sweatshirts on was still a treat. We loved the views and being just a staircase away from the gorgeous white sand beach. This was a new area to us and we have been trying to describe the whole South Walton area in terms of beaches we know and all we could come up with was - it has a bit of Nantucket, the Outer Banks, Kiawah, Florida gulf coast and keys, etc. Hard to define. Unique and special. If we have one suggestion it is that it will soon be time for a new grill-loved that the grill was natural gas and it worked ok but the inside is beginning to reflect its age and the impact of the elements.
