This unit has been totally renovated and updated with today's finest appointments. All new carpet, stained concrete floors on the first level with a custom rug. Crown molding through out. The owners are interior designers and artists. The furniture, lighting, accessories and original art are all unique creative works of the owners and like no other oceanfront town home in the area. The highest quality furniture, appliances, and treatments through out the home. There are only eight units in this complex, so this makes for a more peaceful and relaxing setting compared to the areas with 'Tall towers'. No buildings are allowed more than four stories on Scenic County East Hwy 30-A. It is a little 'Piece of Heaven' on earth.
