The highest quality furniture, appliances, and treatments through out the home. There are only eight units, so this makes for a more peaceful and relaxing setting compared to the areas with 'Tall towers'.

No buildings are allowed more than four stories on Scenic County East Hwy 30-A.

We bought this beachfront town home for the amazing view of the beach!! We are interior designers and artists. Upon buying, we completely remodeled our town home as a design showcase.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2000

The town home sits on a 30 foot bluff with a beautiful yard overlooking the beach. It is just a few paces down the stairs and you are on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are only eight units in our complex, so it makes it very private and enjoyable place to visit.

Scenic Hwy 30-A has over 25 four star restaurants on this sixteen mile stretch. Many unique shops where you will see things you don't see any where else. We are minutes from Destin and Panama City Beach. We now have the exciting new 'Pier Park' only 15 minutes away with theatres and over 900,000 square feet of shopping and dining. The area is known for regularly having wine festivals, free outdoor concerts, and even free outdoor movies.

WONDERFUL AGAIN

PERFECT VACATION FOR US

This is our 10th year at Seacrest Beach, our first with Coop. This condo and the attention from Coop was far and away the best stay we've had. Being less than tech savy, I called Coop with a TV problem..he was there in 10 minutes, big smile, and fixed our problem. The condo is comfortably elegant. Nothing left to chance...we will definitely return to SEA SHADOWS 2, if the Lord tarries his coming. Thanks Coop and Peggy

WELCOME TO VACATION HEAVEN

The moment you walk thru the door you feel as if you have been transported to some exotic destination full of sensory and visual delights. Hints of the Orient, India, Thailand are found in the decor as well as tropical and whimsical flourishes in the artwork. It's refined and tasteful, yet amazingly cozy and comfortable. It has the feel of a Zen retreat and the mood lighting adds to the ambience of warmth and intimacy. The chocolate wall color in the living area also lends to the sense of relaxation. The whole space is much more beautiful than even the photos reflected.

The cookware, dishes and linens are all very high end and luxurious, 5 star all the way, and the master bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. And the best part is how you are lulled into a deep slumber by the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore. Then you get to awaken refreshed to a gorgious sunrise and step into a walk in shower that has the look and feel of a grotto decked out in beautiful mutted green slate tile. Closet and storage space is ample with plenty of hooks to place your clothing and other sundry items on. Everything is clean and well maintained and we would not hesitate recommending this place to friends and relatives.

You simply cannot say enough about the stunning ocean views from both up and downstairs. Watching the seabirds fly and dive and the dolphins surface and play was an irresistible pastime, as was taking our pet, Tiki, out on the grass on the bluff for a chance to spot lizards. At times, the beach was so empty we felt as if we were on our own private island.

Coop and Peggy have left no stone unturned as far as creature comforts goes. The swivel, rocking chairs were a delight for watching TV at night, as was eating our home cooked meals up on the high chairs on the upper deck. We could not have not felt more at home.

When we were not able to connect to the WIFI, Coop came over on Easter Sunday to be sure we could get connected. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure we had what we needed.

We ate at 3 fantastic restaurants for their 2 for 1 early bird specials and were amazed by the quality and value. They were Cafe 30A in Santa Rosa, V Seagrove in Seagrove, and Paradis in Rosemary beach. This was truly one of the most outstanding vacations we have ever had, exceeding every single one of our expectations and we are already planning to return to this Shangri-La again in October.

GREAT PLACE!

We stayed two months and loved it! Even when the temps were in the 50's we could sit in the sun on the upper deck. The condo is nicely decorated, well-kept, and stocked with just about everything you would need. We hope to stay again. Coop is great to work with.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We always enjoy staying at Sea Shadows when we visit Florida for vacation. We have stayed at this location three times so far, and we will definitely be staying there again.
First, this is a great location. It is a ten or fifteen minute drive to PCB and a thirty minute drive to Destin. While we love those areas, we prefer to be out of the touristy areas and this is it. It is quiet and comfortable here. There are plenty of restaurants and other things to do in those areas. The area is safe and the beaches are gorgeous. Speaking of the beaches, they are always clean and there is always plenty of room. This is an area of private homes and condos, so the beaches are not overly crowded or used. At Sea Shadows the beach is right off the back patio and a short walk down some stairs. The stairs or wide and have hand rails all the way down. We have a family member who has health issues and she finds them easy to walk up and down, so no worries. There is also a nice running/walking/biking path right out front that runs the length of 30A, so that is easily accessible as well.
Second, the Seas Shadows is well maintained and very clean. It is well appointed with lovely interior decorating done by the owners. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, dish washer, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker, and all the dishes and cutlery. All you need to do is bring your own food and you are set (Winn Dixie and Publix is 10 minutes away). The kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are also very nice. The condo has 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs.
Third, it is pet friendly, which we must have. Our two Shih Tzus are our kids and they must be with us on vacation. They feel comfortable at Seas Shadows as well. There is plenty of area in the front and back to walk your pets. For those of you without pets, no worries there because Sea Shadows is always cleaned very well after each guest. We've never had any issues regarding cleanliness.
Also, there is a nice balcony upstairs with table and chairs so you can enjoy dinner on the deck overlooking the beach. It's a great place to enjoy the sunset! There is also an outdoor grill and a table and chairs on the deck downstairs as well. There are TVs in both bedrooms and a large flat screen in the living area. All TVs have cable including music channels.
Coop and Peggy always make sure everything is set for you to enjoy a great stay!
