The apt is located Rue de Turenne in the great area of 'Le Marais', central access to most major attractions. We guarantee even some of our guests will be amazed at all the specialty boutiques of the area! Great chocolate stores, bakeries, fresh fruit and vegetable markets and all you would need for a home cooked meal like butchers, cheese shops... and plenty of great Cafes and Restaurants to boot! In the center of three Metro lines to choose from, Republique, Temple, and Filles du Calvaire, you can be whisked to any place in Paris quickly. Also 'Velib' station (bicycle rentals) is 1 min walking of the apt. A very nice and comfortable flat, with 45 sq meters (approx. 450 sq ft) of space between the bedroom, living room and open kitchen very well equipped, and a bathroom with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a double size bed and the living room features a comfortable double size sofa. You will definitively appreciate the Air Conditioning after a warm day walking in Paris.

In the center of three Metro lines to choose from, Republique, Temple, and Filles du Calvaire, (lines 3, 8, 9, 11) you can be whisked to any place in Paris quickly. Also 'Velib' station (bicycle rentals) are 1 minute walking of the apt. You will definitively appreciate the Air Conditioning System after a warm day walking in the Parisian streets. The nice kitchen is equipped with most all you need amenities a two burner stove top, a microwave oven, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, an under-counter refrigerator... and enough plates & cutlery for 4 people. There is a high kitchen counter with 4 high bar type stools. There is even a generous amount of built-in closet space as well. Do not hesitate to ask me for my Original Paper Guest Book, I will send it a copy by e-mail. I am looking forward to see you very soon and will do my best for you to have an extraordinary stay in my apartment in Paris. Stephane

We were so glad we stayed in your apartment, everything was great. Thank you very much :)
The apartment has everything one need, its clean and quiet, shower was great, just like the one at home.
well located in a quiet area and just 2 blocks away, one can find all they need there. 10 mins walk to metro station, very handy. many restaurant and shops around. Metro station is great too, cause its connected to all the main attraction without changing another metro line.
Stephane was very friendly and helpful, quick response to all the questions i have before i arrived to Paris. Stayed in many apartment before, this is one of the apartment i sure will recommand to others.
