This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home In one of the most prestigious areas, the village of Corona Del Mar. This home has a premium location and is oceanside of PCH and is walking distance to the beach and all the great local restaurants.

This home is an upgraded luxury home with two fireplaces and wonderful finishes throughout. The living area is open and spacious with gorgeous dark wood floors and has a fireplace as well as french doors that open to the front patio.

The kitchen is remodeled with all stainless steel appliances and has a wonderful breakfast bar. Everything is open and is perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed, with a gorgeous custom stone fireplace and a spacious modern bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There is a separate toilet area as well.

All bedrooms have their own flat screen tvs.

The second and third bedrooms share another large bathroom with two sinks and a separate tub and shower and toilet area. All the bathrooms are done in custom granite.

There are four bikes available for you to use, as well as a washer and dryer and a large barbeque.
