Best Spot in Asheville-- an absolute pleasure!

'Great location' might be an understatement for this treasure; I couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect location for our group. Parking was amazingly accessible (and free if you leave on Sunday), Urban Outfitters/Tops and other shopping was [literally] a stones throw away, and we were central to some of Asheville's greatest restaurants.
As a group of foodies, accessibility to Asheville's food scene was important. The loft is right across the street from Table (great place for Sunday brunch, especially if you want to avoid the 45 minute wait at the regular touristy brunch hotspots), and no more than 0.2 miles from an extensive list of other great dining destinations.
The bedroom is situated at the back of the loft which is nice, since you'll likely hear sirens from time to time during your stay. The loft was clean, well appointed, and had everything one could possibly need during a short or long term stay. The highway is easily accessible for a quick trip to the Biltmore or West Asheville, and finding the loft is a breeze.
I was in contact with Jean, who was wonderfully accommodating and responded quickly. I would, without hesitation, recommend this loft to anyone who asked. Can't wait for our next stay-- what a gem!
