This Newly-Renovated Condo is a desirable End-Unit located in the beautiful gated community of the Barefoot Pelican Condominium Complex off Vanderbilt Beach Road. The Living Room, Dining Room, and two Bathrooms have been updated with new furniture and fixtures. We have installed new tile floors throughout the entire condo, with a new Kitchen and appliances. Included in your stay is access to the Pool, Hot Tub, Poolside Barbecue Area with Gas Grill and dining area. The three-minute walk to the Gulf Beach brings you past the famous Ritz-Carlton Hotel, as well as numerous excellent dining establishments. While there you can take a Para-Sailing ride, rent a Jet-Ski, or just sit under an available cabana-style awning and admire the Gulf. There is shopping up the street at either the Pavilion or the MarketPlace shopping centers, offering you a choice of dozens of stores, including Albertsons and Publix Supermarkets. And don't forget Fifth Avenue in Downtown Naples!
