Disney is approximately 15-20 minutes drive.

The accommodation comprises of:- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, dining area, family room, kitchen and breakfast nook, covered patio and heated flood light swimming pool. The home can sleep up to 8 people.

The principle bedroom contains a Queen Size bed and ornate surround, bed side tables and lamps plus telephone, matching dressing table, mirror and lamp, winged chair, armoire base and 28" Toshiba TV, sliding patio door leading to the pool area. The principle bedroom also has its own bathroom with his and hers wash hand basins, full width mirror with lights above, oval bath and large separate shower and WC.
Beach towels can be found in the closet.

The second bedroom contains a Queen Size bed and surround, matching dressing table, table lamp and 24" Toshiba pure flat screen TV.

The children?s room has a double/full size bed with bunk bed above, 20" Toshiba pure flat screen TV and separate DVD player. To complement the bed there is a matching dressing table, mirror and side lamp.

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights, radio alarm clocks and built in closets/wardrobes, and all the TV?s and DVD players are remote controlled.

The second bathroom has a bath with shower above, wash hand basin with full width mirror and lights above and WC.

The living area has a 3 seat settee, 2 seat settee and separate stool, occasional table, plus side table with matching lamps.

The dining area has seating for 6 around an oval glass dining table.

The family room has seating for 6 people, occasional table, side tables and lamps, ceiling fan and lights and a 32" Toshiba TV and DVD player housed in an attractive armoire. A patio door leads to the pool area.

The kitchen contains separate washing and drying machines as well as dishwasher, microwave and conventional electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor fan.

The pool area/covered patio contain 2 sun lounges and a glass table seating 6 people.

Pool heating is available at an extra cost.

Other features include a 2 car garage with electric up and over door, air conditioning, alarm system, cable TV, free local phone calls plus international calls when using your credit card. There is also a bed settee in the family room if required. A baby?s high chair and play pen/cot are also in the home.
