4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps 8 to 15

this is a new house with granite connitertops, crown molding throughout, 50 recessed lights, four full decks, parking underneath for 4-6 vehicles, it is beautiful, only 300 ft from the beach. Directly on the waterfront with deeded beach access, wonderful view of the ocean from both master bedrooms. A pier on the bay with a gazebo. Wonderful views of the ocean and bay from all decks. I am adding pictures will add more as we get further along.

  • There are 2 master bathrooms both have ceramic tile floors and around the tubs. One has a jetted tub. They both have separate showers and double claw foot vanities, with crown molding. The third bathroom has crown molding ceramic tile floors and tiled walls. The half bath has tiled floors claw foot vanity and double crown molding.

  • This house will have 2 master bathrooms. 0ne with trey ceilings triple crown molding french doors, ceramic tile floors. Has not been furnished yet, it is still under construction, almost complete. The other master bedroom will have a king bed crown molding, french doors beautiful laminate flooring. They both have elegant master baths. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, crown molding laminate flooring french doors and a bathroom and a beautiful view of the bay. The 4th bedroom will have 2 full futon beds sleeper sofa shared bath laminate flooring,furnished for kids or adults. It has crown molding and a beautiful view of the bay. All bedrooms will have flat screen TV's. Both master bedrooms have beautiful views of the ocean.

As far as the property itself goes, it was a nice beach house in a nice location near all the hot spots in town. it furnished adequately and met our purposes allowing us to have a nice weekend getaway with our wives, but we very nearly didn't get to enjoy the property and almost had our weekend ruined.

Imagine traveling over 500 miles only to find that the place you planned, saved and spent so much for up front was not available to you simply because you arrived on a motorcycle and had riding leathers on. Thankfully Mr. Compton sensibly adhered to his contract with us. We left the property in better shape than we found it in. Don't worry Mr. Compton, we will never return.

I wouldn't recommend this property to motorcyclists.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: Ist of all, I will admit, I probably got the wrong impression seeing 16 motorcyclist come into your vacation home, with bandanas some long beards, very loud, after talking with them they seemed verynice, they were mothers and daddys, had jobs etc.Our biggest concern was the # of adults. We advertize 4 bedromoom hse that sleeps 8 - 15, 11 in beds. the bunks and sleeper sofas can easily get overloaded, and are basically meant for kids. also a quiet nieghborhood, other houses are close by. So I dont opoligize for being concerned and having lots of questions. As for as I know there was no problems of any kind and the house was left in good shape except for a broken Sleeper sofa we had to have repaired with some new bolts and springs. We dont collect security deposits, so the cost was obsorbed by us. They certainly got their moneys worth. BC

Wonderful time!! The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room. The pool and the dock were so enjoyable! We had so much fun catching fish! Our neighbors next door were wonderful! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!!

Amazing Vacation

Our two families spent last week in this beautiful property. It was outstanding. We enjoyed the spacious living quarters with all the amenities one would ever need for an enjoyable vacation. All the rooms had plenty of living space and the decor was amazing. We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony decks and the pier and taking in the magnificent views of the bay. The house far exceeded our expectations, so much that we have already decided that we don’t want to stay anywhere else when we vacation in the gulf. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends alike.

AWESOME with minor inconveniences

We were a family of 6: 2 parents, 2 teen children and two grandmothers, all here for Mother's Day Week. The house was spacious enough that everyone could have their own alone time if needed. The amenities were perfect. One grandmother LOVED fishing off the dock and feeding "Harry", the other enjoyed her deck for reading. We all swam in the pool and the short walk to the beach was not bad at all. The dock was also home to our boat which was so much easier than launching it on an as need basis.
EVERY night we were treated to an amazing SUNSET.
The only down falls were:
the blender was cheap and BROKEN :( how can one have frozen drinks on vacation without one? Had to trek to walmart and purchase one, which I took back home.
There was no can opener except for a very bent hand crank one.
Because we prefer to eat on the deck as often as possible, a second table and more chairs would have been useful.
If you are not an early riser be sure to bring eye shades as the morning light is bright in the Master Bedrooms.
Wi-Fi in this day and age is important and there is none.
These issues were an irritant but not a deterrent from us renting again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
