This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is situated in the delightful gated community of "The Hamlet" at West Haven. This home is furnished and equipped to the highest standard.
The living room contains a formal seating area and entertainment centre with 32" cable TV, DVD and video. Patio doors lead out to the pool area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle, bath, double vanity basins and WC. There is a full size 20" TV in this bedroom with DVD player. Patio doors lead out to the lanai and pool. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with 14"TV. There is a second family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. The other two bedss are both twin bedrooms and share a connecting bathroom. All the bedrooms have ample storage and hanging space while the bathrooms are well stocked with towels and you will find extras in the closets. The kitchen is full of modern conveniences including a cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and several other small appliances. There are all the pots, crockery and cutlery you will need. There is a breakfast nook that seats 4 and a formal dining room that seats 6. The home also has wireless internet access. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The home will sleep up to 10 people.
There is a games room in the garage with a 7ft pool table with overhead lights and a wall-mounted cue rack and an air hockey table.
The pool and west-facing deck area are equally important for your vacation. There will be days when you just want to laze by the pool. Our electric heatable pool will fit the bill perfectly. There is ample room to chill and relax on the comfortable patio furniture that consists of 6 chairs, 4 loungers, a round table, 2 side tables and a free-standing umbrella. There is also a safety fence and pool blanket. With a boundary fence to the rear and shrubbery at each side this area is completely private. If the sun gets too hot then there is a covered porch/lanai with a ceiling fan giving welcome cooling shade.
There is a removable safety fence in front of the pool to keep our younger guests safe. A mesh cage encloses the pool and deck area to keep out unwanted insects. No, it does not keep out the sun so don’t forget your sunscreen! Pool lighting means you can enjoy some evening outdoor dining as the sun goes down.
From Highgate Park you are within 5 minutes of Posner Park, a magnificent new retail shopping outlet located on the junction of I4 and Hwy 27 while there are other local shops handily located as well including a Super WalMart just 10 minutes away. For golfers there is Highalnds Reserve, Champions Gate and Reunion within a very short drive. You are also just an hour away from the Kennedy Space Center where you can learn all about space and maybe even get to see a launch. Daytona Beach is within an hour’s drive if you are a NASCAR enthusiast. You will only be an hour away from the Gulf Coast and the fantastic beaches. Turnday: Any.
