Columbus Day Weekend $175/night! Relax and enjoy a unique and beautiful home built and lovingly cared for by a renowned local builder. The home is located on a very quiet, dead end street surrounded by trees. The huge master suite features a king size bed (linens provided), a sitting area, and a french door to the private deck where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The master suite has a private bath, beamed cathedral ceilings, fireplace, and several skylights. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature full beds(linens provided) both with brand new mattresses. This home has a living room and a family room/sun room which is great for entertaining. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The wooden deck has two levels, and includes a dining table, umbrella, and both sitting and lounging chairs. This home is located 1/2 mile from two freshwater ponds and 2 miles to the saltwater beaches on Nantucket Sound. Wireless Internet. Washer/Dryer. Hot Outdoor Shower

You can spend the day relaxing by some of the most beautiful beaches, walking the charming streets of Chatham Village or take a day trip to Provincetown, Marthas Vineyard, Nantucket or Hyannis. In Chatham you can take in the picturesque view at famous Lighthouse beach or relax at any of the beautiful Nantucket Sound Beaches. Some of the activities you would be able to enjoy are biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Cape Cod Baseball League games, boating, kayaking, shopping, fine dining, whale watching, fishing, surfing and much, much more! Don't miss Friday night band concerts and trip to the Chatham fish pier to watch the fishermen bring in the 'catch of the day.'
