    • Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $100 for each week. A security deposit of $250 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
  • Our villa is located in the Luxury Calabay Parc Sub Division, which is a few minutes drive from the famous highway 192 and 10 to 15 minutes from Disney theme parks, 20 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios and 45 minutes from Busch Gardens using the interstate highway I4, which is only minutes drive away.

Calabay Parc has an excellent reputation for being a very quite and well maintained community with an excellent Home Owners Association (HOA). A good HOA is very important because they force home owners to properly maintain all homes. Calabay Parc is very modern community with an aim of being the finest villa development in the area. We offer a beautifully maintained villa is a very Prestigious Community.

Additional Details: : Our spacious accommodation are offered on one level making this ideal home for children, the elderly or those in wheelchairs. Fully air conditioned throughout with a ceiling fan over the lanai for extra comfort will setting at the pool. All external doors and windows are fitted with alarms to alert you when they are opened. The pool area has a child removable safety fence to keep small children from entering the pool area unaccompanied.

Golf: GOLF: Golfers are surrounded by over 30 of the best championship golf courses in the area and 5 minutes from the top rated Southern Dunes golf course. All within easy reach of our villa.

The villa and pool are beautiful If you are planning to do Disney, this is a grea tlocation. We are snow birds and have a small place a few miles from this house, but when our children and grandchildren visit, we need more space. This is a great space for 8 people. Everyone has their own bedroom and a dining table that accomdates everyone.
The owner even checked in with us after being there for several days to see if everything was to our satisfaction.
I would return again.
Owner's Response: We take great pride in our villa and check with our guests to make sure everything is just perfect. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we would like to see all our guests come back year after year. The best recommendation is one from a satisfied customer.
