We have enjoyed this home for many years. It is comfortable, has all the amenities and for an active family with a jet ski, a boat, or just a desire to walk or bike to the beach in minutes, this is the one. Bulkhead out back on a lagoon, minutes to the bay and Barnegat Inlet. 24 foot boat max. For the price and location, you cannot find a better home to enjoy the NJ shore with your family or friends. Full kitchen, all the amenities and for those hot July and Aug. nights, A/C in the bedrooms and living room. Call to discuss how our family place can be yours for a week or two.

  • Our house is ideal for no more than 7 sleeping comfortably. Master sleeps two adults, second has two new mattress singles. Folding door closes off the end of the living area to a full sleeper which sleeps 1 adult or two children. Separate sun room has two single beds which also function as extra sitting area.

The Bay: Our rental place is on the bay via a lagoon right out back. Minutes to the bay and 20 minutes to the inlet.

Other Activities: Bring your boat, launch 10 mins away and dock out back

Great house at a good price...

My husband and I stayed the beginning week of September '09. We were allowed to bring our dog which was wonderful...she had a great time, too. My 21 year old son and his girlfriend came w/ her little boy and they had fun, too. The extra small tv was great for the little one.

The property was as described and the house was clean. There were plenty of cooking utensils if anyone is planning on cooking.

The neighborhood was quiet as described and beaches were clean and beautiful...also the lagoon was fun for crabbing...even though we only got a few.

The Barnaget Lightghouse was a great attraction.

Would definitely go again...very relaxing and comfortable.

COMFORTABLE HOME

My husband and I stayed in this home in August-September of 2009. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. The backyard is nice and big and we were able to bring our dog which made our vacation even better! If we don't need more room next year (other family members want to join us) we will definitely request this house again! We highly recommend choosing this home.

Exactly what I expected.

My wife and 3 kids (boys 17 & 19, girl 11) stayed here for a a week in July 09.

We got everything we where promised and the property description was accurate. The house was very clean and the nebourghood quiet.

The beach is very nice, quiet & clean and is a 10 minute walk away but our lanlord was nice enough to lend us a parking pass to the Loveladies private parking lot on the beach which was very useful.

Great location if you have a boat or jet ski (which we didn't) but not much else than the beach in walking distance.

No big grocery stores on the island so shop at one of the malls just before entering the island.

There are plenty of fishing boats you can hire in Barnegat Light if you are into that.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Teenagers
