Thank you for seeing this as your vacation location for a remarkable family experience. You can spend your days entirely on this campus outdoors or in our covered arena.

Lake St Catherine is the big attraction for swimming right off our beach or dock as well as with our included canoe and funyak !! Toilets and Changing rooms are at the back of the Main House for you to use.There are lawn chairs, dock space for fishing.

The cottage is across the road where you can watch all the sports from your deck. All ages enjoy Horseshoes, Badminton, Tennis, Tetherball, Disc Golf, or Tennis. Campfires, storytelling and sm'ores abound! Picnic and umbrella tables by the cottage.

The upper campus beckons hikers, soccer and ball players as well as bird and frog catching enthusiasts. Star gazing on the hilltop is awesome.

So much to do...: There are many area attractions to choose from (local auctions, museums, libraries, the old Lincoln family estate in Manchester is open to public viewing and there is a 6 Flags owned Great Escape Theme Park all within about 10 to 30 minutes drive time away).

Nearby is the old D&H Rail Road that has been converted as part of the Rails to Trails pathway system (that in this area weaves it's way through the wild fields and forests passing through local villages along the way) and is ideal for biking, riding, and other activities the year around.

Many local towns and villages host many planned activities through out the year from car shows, arts and crafts fairs, farmers markets, to local concerts in the park.

Beautiful Lake St. Catherine is snuggled in among the Green Mountains in the region of Killington and Manchester. This handsome rural countryside offers quiet as well as exciting activities for all ages. Famous golf courses, fishing streams are amazing. Great summer theaters, outdoor performing arts. Shopping outlets are nearby in Manchester and Lake George, NY and embraced by resorts and fun parks. Hikers go merrily to Bromley & Pico Mtns.and the great indoor Climbing Walls..a variety of challenges and breathtaking views!.

Yes: antiquing, auctions, county fairs, farmers markets and village concerts are fun!
