The home has a large living room with sofas and an easy chair with an Ottoman and has direct access to the pool deck. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for the guests needs with a dining area that seats up to 8 plus 2 bar stools. There are 5 TV's (32"TV in living room, 24"TV in master, 26"TV full bedroom, 21"TV in first twin, 20"TV in second twin). There is also a DVD/CD player, VCR and music player in the living room. The bedrooms consisit of a master wth king-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has his n' her vanities, garden tub (bath), separate shower cubicle, separate toilet and a huge walk-in-closet. There is direct access to the pool deck from the master bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms consist of a full bedroom with armoir, but no closet and two twin bedrooms - both with closets. For the convenience of guests, the home benefits from having a keyless front door entry system. The home sleeps 8 people.
The pool deck is west-facing to take advantage of the wonderful sunsets and benefits from having a covered lanai with ceiling fan and wall light. The upgraded patio funiture consists of a round table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers - all tubular with cushions. The pool is heatable and has two quaint wall fountains. There is a pool blanket and safety net as well. The deck is relatively private with a hedge to the left, an open grassed area to the right of the pool deck and a privacy fence beyond around a neighbouring pool deck.
The home is located in the prestigious development of Highlands Reserve, which boasts one of the best 18 hole championship golf courses in the area. The home is only 10 ~ 15 minutes drive from the four Disney World Theme Parks and 15 minutes from Discovery Cove, Sea World and Universal Studios. This home is perfectly situated, if you want to simply chill out and enjoy the Florida sunshine or take the kids to the Disney Theme Parks.
In addition to the obvious benefits of a superb golf course, Highlands Reserve also offers its own club house pool and tennis courts to guests.
