This exclusive townhouse is completely furnished and is available on a monthly basis. The security deposit of one month and 3 references required. The monthly rent includes water, electrical, AC, heat, and garbage collection. No smoking or animals are allowed. Car parking in your own designated space is provided. Minimum rental one month.
