Private desert Oasis at the end of a cul de sac with plenty of off street parking for boats and RVs. Private compound on almost one acre. All rooms have French doors which open to a view of the pool, mountains or courtyards. Salt water Pool has large tanning shelf for lounging and Jacuzzi seats 10+. Both are set against a beautiful mountain backdrop. The sunsets are amazing from the Jacuzzi

I love the beauty of the desert and the Lake. Havasu provides and place for me to go boating in the summer and jeeping in the cooler months.
The property is private and peaceful with nature all around.
I wanted to thank you again for letting us use the house last week. All of us were very happy with the home and thought it was a very cool place. I know that we are already discussing a return trip home.
when i think "rock star", i think of the typical rock and roll scene: lots of commotion, loud, paparazzi, spandex, hair spray, girls backstage....ok, i'm getting carried away, but you get the idea. this property could easily handle a rock star weekend, if you've got the tour bus and the bank account.
for me, this place should be called rancho relaxo. it couldn't be any further from my idea of rock star. once you open the front door, you feel separated from noise, and everyday stresses. this place is incredibly relaxing and quiet. the pool waterfall and whatever you bring with you is all you're going to hear.
i've stayed here 3 times, and plan to keep coming back.
lake havasu being close is both a blessing and curse. sometimes i just don't want to bother with the boat/launch ramp/ect. because i'm perfectly content just hanging by the pool, and don't want to leave a perfectly relaxing set-up.
thanks to troy for being a great owner, and taking care of business ASAP.
We were 3 couples in our 50's that stayed here for one week last month. Overall we were very pleased with this booking. There were a few bumps during our stay but nothing major. Due to a booking just before ours to a group of wild partiers, a few things needed attending to. The door handle to one of the bedrooms was literally broken off, light bulbs missing, a massive amount of garbage left in the driveway. We notified the management company and Troy addressed it immediately. Also a few missing items that you'd expect in a rental. (IE. No steak knives for our nightly barbeques, no toilet paper, dishwashing soap). Again, Troy was on it immediately. He simply told us to purchase them, submit the bill and that we would get reinbursed. And we did get reinbursed promptly. This house and it's location is superb. Beautiful backyard and very quiet. There are a few suggestions that I'd like to make that would be so easy to do and it would make this rental even better. A small 'welcome package' left for renters with local information. We looked everywhere in the house for take out menus, maps, yellow pages, or even local attractions. There was nothing. We did find what appeared to be local information from about 10 years ago....expired coupons, menus from out of business restaurants, etc. I think it could use a really good clean to throw out alot of useless garbage. Also...magazines left in the drawers in living room that are 4 years old. This is petty stuff but it would be so easy to address this and make vacationer's stay much more pleasant. Another suggestion would be to change the name from "ROCK STAR PARADISE" to something a little more peaceful. "ROCK STAR PARADISE" is gonna attract partiers who have no regard for the house or the neighbourhood. This was apparant by the group before us. Neighbours had to call the cops on them a couple of times. Call it "Serenity Paradise"....Much more fitting and would attract less rowdies, I'm sure. I would definitely stay here again. The booking from beginning to end went extremely smooth. Thanks Karen and Troy!!
Had a great time staying at this property. The house was very comfortable and in excellent condition. The pool was amazing and clean. Appreciated the prompt communication with the manager. Photos were accurate and better than expected. Would reccommend this property for any occasion.
Hello, I sent a review yesterday on this property. I was frustrated because the owner was not getting back to my emails or phone messages. She has finally contacted me. Seems there was a problem with their phones. Please disregard my negative review for this property. I am probably moving forward with the booking of it. Thank you,
Great for any size group, the pool and grounds are awesome and private. My wife and I both has our 30th birthdays with a group of friends here and will be returning next month for my 31st. If the weather is bad in Havasu and you can't or don't want to do boating , hanging out in the sweet pool day and night with the private mountains in the backyard are just as fun !!
My family of four (two kids aged 6 & 10) really enjoyed our stay at this AWESOME home! The pool is every bit as incredible as it looks in the pictures. The house is decorated beautifully. We especially enjoyed the pool and landscape lighting at night. The location is ideal, in a cul-de-sac with no real neighbors. The only thing we missed on this VRBO (we've stayed in 4 others now) was no book or folder from the owner or manager with info on the area, restaurants to recommend, activities, etc. but we were resourceful and discovered Oatman! It's worth the day trip to see the donkeys roaming the streets. Overall a great vacation!! I would highly recommend this beautiful home!!
