Ideal for family or couples. Four beautiful Ocean beaches nearby also small beach on river within walking distance. Right of way to river, bay or ocean can put in a canoe or small boat. Also town landing for trailered boats nearby.

Wow what a wonderful vacation our family had!! Loved the home, felt like we were at home!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: We are very pleased to hear a family enjoyed their time there. It is especially encouraging to hear that the place felt like "home" because that is what we try to make it for anyone staying there.

Great Place for the Money

This was a relatively nice rental with a good amount of space. We were quite happy with the setup. The only major surprising non-issue that we had was that the property had no a/c and we weren't aware when we booked. We had a few hot and humid days but survived. The home did have a few fans which helped. The home was pretty clean and the kitchen while older, was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There was a private beach which we could walk to which was a nice perk. Overall, the home worked great for us and we would stay again. Thanks for the memory.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
Owner's Response: We are pleased to receive the feedback. It is a primary way we can continue to improve the home and people's experience when they come to stay. Although the Cape is usually cool enough most of the year we will look into getting two or three room of air-conditioners for the the hot spells. We were considering upgrading and building in the portable dishwasher as well. Thank you.
