  • Cancellation Policy
    In the event that you need to cancel your booking we will make every effort to rent your dates to someone else. If we are successful we are happy to provide a full refund to you. If, however we are unable to rent your dates then the following applies:
    You may cancel your booking up until six days prior to Rental Period. In the event that you exercise your right to cancel, the following cancellation policy/penalty rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking confirmation) apply:
    - Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50 administration fee plus tax
    - Between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50%
    - Between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, 75%.
    - Between 6 to arrival, 100%.
    Your $200 security fee is refunded in full at anytime during this period.
  • We accept Checks/Major Credit Cards. Credit Card payments require a 3% processing fee.$200 deposit/security due at time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. $200 Security deposit fully refunded within 48 hours of satisfactory checkout. Price based on availability and is subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply. Check in 4:00 pm date of arrival, check-out 10:00 pm date of departure.

My family and I stood at this beautiful condo for 2 weeks. We just came home and miss it already. We felt right at home, absolutely loved it. My girls loved the mickey theme room. The master bedroom is very nice and has his and her closets (so for those of you with tons of shoes like me it's great). Everything is brand new. The Kitchen was my favorite.
The location is convenient, close to everything, Theme parks, outlets, dining you name it's there. I totally recommend it.

Clean, and close to everything, great service!

I would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here again with my family next year. So close to Disney and restaurants. We really loved Carrabba's Italian Grill which was suggested by the owners. Universal is close and we also went to downtown Celebrations and ate at The Town Tavern which had excellent seafood and cute shops walk through. Check in and out was simple and the pool was huge and never crowded making is a joy to bring the children for a "down" day from the parks. There is even a water fountain area for the children to play in! The owners make themselves accessible 24 hours a day for any questions or emergencies, which was never needed but a nice thing to have. They left a folder of maps to all major stores and attractions.
Owner's Response: It is such a pleasure to have renters so happy with our property and service. Service and client comfort are very important to us. We look forward to many more successful experiences!
