Immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bath ground level condo with private entrance that is bright, sunny & spacious with seasonal views. This condo has plenty of immenties included, fully equipped kitchen, high chair, booster seat, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, AC, wood stove, grill, family games, books (adults & childrens), puzzles, toys, video & dvd library. Sliders to the patio with a yard for the kids. Condo is 1 mile to storyland (door to door) and close to all other attractions, ski resorts, golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Seasonal Indoor, outdoor, kiddie pools and hot tubs (April-October).

Located minutes away. Storyland, Attitash Bear Peak & Alpine Slides, Cranmore, Wildcat, Black Mountain, and Bretton Woods, Cross-country skiing at Jackson. Many great restaurants; Red Fox, Red Parka, Wildcat Inn, Yesterday's and many more. Golf Courses: Hales Location Country Club, North Conway Country Club, Wentworth Country Club in Jackson Santa's Village & Six Gun City in Jefferson, NH (about 1 hour away)

The White Mountain National Forest and Mount Washington in New Hampshire are home to New England’s famous Fall foliage Route. Autumn is certainly one of the most spectacular times of the year in North Conway. It's a good idea to make your reservations early and be sure you've got a great place to stay during the peak of foliage. Fall foliage season runs from mid September to mid October, with higher elevations and wetlands turning color first. Fortunately the leaves don't all peak at the same time! Many folks say the last week in September and the first week in October are the peak weeks for fall foliage, but every year it varies a little.

This condo is well worth renting

My husband and I had the pleasure of renting this condo to take our small grandchildren to Storyland. It is so close that it only takes 5 minutes to go from one place to the other. It was perfect for small children and really anyone who likes a one story unit. The rooms are all spacious and the beds are excellent. The decor was perfect with ample sitting room and the kitchen is very open and well equipped.
The owner was a pleasure to work with on the rental. She even lets you know when she will be away from the computer for a couple of days which makes the planning even easier.
Loved the towels! A great rental for summer and/or winter.

The Christmas Mountain Condo was exactly as described, our family was quite satisfied. If you are looking for a place to stay minutes from Storyland, this is it.

Our boys ages 4 and 6 loved all of the extras provided by the owner: Legos, boardgames, and lots of movies.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. I loved having the a washer/dryer right there in the unit.

This rental was impeccably clean with plenty of amenities. We brought our two kids to Storyland (one minute away) - they loved the condo - there was a large lawn for playing ball, and plenty of movies and toys to keep them occupied. The owner was incredibly quick and responsive; this was a bit of a last-minute getaway. Everything was as described and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable accommodation.

This condo rental was well-set up. I agree with prior review; the owner thought of everything. Me, my wife, and 2 daughters felt very confortable there.

Pros:
Everything is thought of, kitchen, coffee maker, wine glasses, bottle/wine opener. Some videos to choose from--good family-based choices. Large open area, livingroom and dinning area.
It was very clean.
There's a binder with tourest information in it.
Owner was VERY prmopt and thorough in all replies when setting up.
Deposte was returned amazingly quick!!
Very nice; very clean

Cons:
The couches and beds were not the most comfortable.
Trash compactor is a considerabale distance and not easy to use.
Pool not walkable distance so, didn't use.
Would've been nice to have wireless internet access--in this day and age, but wasn't expected.
Celing fan was too noisy.
Backfoor sliding screen door was broken and not usable.
STILL A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND DEAL, OVERAALL

The ceiling fan & the slider were fixed last weekend. The mattresses in the 2nd bedroom are new and the master bedroom is being replaced soon. We do not have internet access because vacation is suppose to be relaxing.
The trash compactor is located at the top of the hill and out of the way, I am glad that it is not near my condo.

Great condo

We rented this condo for a long weekend. It had everything we needed for adults and children alike, including a pack-and-play for our infant. It was larger than I expected. The owner was so nice and easy to work with and the condo was very clean and well organized. Great condo. We would love to stay here again.
