Enjoy the Beach!:
The house is just few steps from one of the best beaches of San Juan and is in a really secure and quiet street, we provide to you, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, kayaks,
beach towels.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: sometimes in the year, depends if tropical waves , hurricanes or cold fronts are crossing the island, the sand of the beach moves and come back again a few weeks after, that happened in all Puerto Rico.
If this is the situation when guest come, they will have to walk two blocks to the next beach stairs access.
The Villa Location!:
You have restaurants, casinos, cinemas, pubs, discos, supermarket, pharmacy, etc, only 2 or 3 minutes by car !!!
This is a pedestrian friendly community, you don t need to rent a car, there are taxis services but if you like to go to restaurants, casinos, maybe is better for you to rent it!
The house has parking for two cars. But if you just go to the beach to relax, walk or swim...just walk 20 steps!!
Things to Do!:
It is in Punta Las Marias, between the two San Juan turistics zones, Condado (which is the center for all major boutique stores and fine restaurants right next to the ocean) and Isla verde, 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Old San Juan by car ( historical area which offer all the surroundings of the Spanish Conquistador area with plenty of stores and boutiques catering specially to tourists looking for good deals on jewelry, arts and crafts, clothing and apparel, and typical Puerto Rico food).
Also You have the El Yunque Rain Forest at 40 minutes or less an the Camuy Caverns like 1hour from San Juan.
