  • Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will be subject to the cancellation fee (15% of the sum of the rental fee + cleaning fee & hot tub fees). NO REFUND OF THE RENTAL FEE WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO ROAD CLOSURES OR ANY WEATHER RELATED REASONS. If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the ARRIVAL date, all payments will be refunded except the Cancellation Fee . If cancellation is made less than 30 days, but more than 15 days prior to the ARRIVAL date, the penalty will be the sum of the Cancellation Fee plus one half of the Rental Fee. If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the ARRIVAL date, only the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded.
