Sitting on top of Pine View GC's proshop, the place overlooks the 18th green and pond, practice green, and driving range. Guests receive discounts that make golf (seasonal) ultra-affordable. But you don't have to be a golfer to love the Eagle's Nest. The 1,600 sq ft of living space, 600 sq ft of deck space, huge custom kitchen, and deckside BBQ and dining area is great for anyone who prefers the feel of home while on vacation. Privileges offered include use of Pine View Resort's outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) & playground, and discounts on Indiana Beach (seasonal) passes. Indiana Beach is only a 1/2 mile away.

Let us count the ways we enjoyed the place:



The accommodating people -- good folks
The wonderful accommodations -- well kept, clean, roomy
The buckets for the range! And the Pool!
The ace golf course.
The agreement with the other local courses.


All in all a very enjoyable, quiet, easily accessible, well maintained establishment.

Our experience at Eagles Nest

We rented the condo for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute there. There was space enough that all could move around without getting in each others way. We each had our own bedroom and TV which was great. I could exit to the deck from my room and that was wonderful considering I get up earlier than the family so I would get a book and go to the deck in the morning. The condo was clean and very well supplied with all the kitchen utinsels that we would need and towel and washclothes in the bathroom. We were also able to use the washer and dryer so we could keep up with laundry and didn't have to come home and wash a weeks worth of clothes. We drove to the park everyday but that was OK. My great granddaughter liked the geese that would gather on gold course at night. We had a great experience there and look forward to visiting there again next year. Paulette
