We have a large 2 story house on Upper Silver Lake across the street from the private access. This house is near all of the major silver lake attractions including the Sand Dunes, Little Point Sable, Pentwater and Lake Michigan. There is a large kitchen and living room upstairs with a full bath and two bedrooms. Downstairs we have a full bathroom, large bedroom with a huge walk-in-closet, there is also a large table for cards and a sitting area with a pull out couch and TV. There is a huge partially covered deck off the kitchen with wonderful views of Upper Silver Lake. We also have a larger back yard with a firepit for late night campfires.

Additional information about rental rates

  • all taxes and fees included in price
  • $500 deposit is due to hold the property for the renter. 50% is due 4 weeks before rental, 50% is due 2 weeks before rental. Rental fees plus deposit is due no later than 2 weeks before the check in date. If full payment is not made the house will be made available to other renters until full payment is made. Deposit will be refunded within 1 week to renter(s) less any damage or excessive cleaning fees.

    Cancelation: If a cancelation is requested 2 weeks or earlier than the check in date by the renter and the property cannot be rented the renter will forfeit the deposit. If a cancelation is requested within 2 weeks of the check in date by the renter and the property cannot be rented the renter will forfeit 50% of the rental fees. If the property can be rented the deposit will be refunded less a $50 fee. Any mid-rental cancelations will not recieve a refund of any rental fees.
