Master bedroom with queen sized bed, private bathroom. There’s a full bath in hallway and a large second bedroom with four poster queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has a double bed and all bedrooms are located upstairs. Living room features leather couch and recliners, 65” Mitsubishi big screen TV with DVR, fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. Downstairs the half bath has a washer/dryer. Dining room adjoins living room adjacent to kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator, trash compactor and access to large patio. The outdoor patio provides lots of room for dining and entertainment. Family room features couch (hide-a-bed), massage chair, treadmill, entertainment center with TV and DVR, plus electronic darts and fun family games.
Owners live in other half of duet and are very friendly. If extra chairs and tables are needed for patio dining, just ask. They’re both longtime Bay Area residents and can assist you with any questions you may have. Danville is a wonderful town, and Morninghome Road is a very special location in a quiet family neighborhood. Just a block away enjoy long strolls in the park, or use of the community swimming pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.
This private setting is a great place to relax, and the Danville location is perfect for day trips to San Francisco, Napa Valley, Monterey and Sacramento the State Capitol. Amusement Parks abound with Six Flags Marine World (35 minutes), Great America (1 hour), the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (2 hours) are all within your grasp. The world renowned Lake Tahoe is three hours away. You are 35 minutes from the Oakland Airport, 50 from San Francisco International Airport (both BART accessible).
For sports enthusiasts we’re conveniently located to see the Oakland A’s or Raiders, San Francisco Giants or 49’ers, Golden State Warriors, San Jose Sharks, University of California, Stanford, or San Jose State. The weather allows you to get out and enjoy life in so many ways 365 days a year with our San Francisco's entertainment and fine dining to the beaches of Half Moon Bay, Santa Cruz, Carmel and Monterey. It's hard to believe we get to call this home.
The weather is warm and wonderful for several months a year with mild winters allowing day trips to Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco, Mt Diablo in our back yard. A 20 minute walk on the Iron Horse Trail to town for shopping and eating at some of the best restaurants in the world. Quaint, quiet with trails for biking, running or walking from Danville to Walnut Creek or south to Pleasanton. Walk to dinner, explore Mt Diablo. Visit San Francisco's Golden Gate park and all of the museums they offer.
