Indian Rocks Beach is one of the few remaining beach communities that still retains much of its original beach character and lifestyle. Our intimate setting is tranquil and distant from the busy beaches & high rises. Great walking neighborhood, restaurants, cafes, boating, fishing, beaches & more!

Our 500sf Beachside unit is about 50 steps to beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Clean, bright, comfortable for long or short stays. Full kitchen, large bath with tub & shower, king bed with queen sleeper in living room. Tiki Hut just outside your front door.

We are located at beach access and for your convenience the Suncoast Trolley stop is at our door step which for one low fare you can visit all the beaches from Clearwater to St. Petersburg.

Ideal for wedding groups & family reunions. Yes...we are Pet Friendly!

About The Owner

As a Toronto native vacationing in Clearwater back in 2000...I fell in love with Florida ever since! Seeking a great reason to continuously revisit Florida, we thought...let's invest in some property. The Sun! Sandy Beaches! The Gulf of Mexico!!!! What's not to love? Those cold Canada winters...that's what! Brrrrrr!!!

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2008
Why The Owner chose Belleair Beach

We chose to purchase this property in Indian Rocks Beach because I like the smaller towns. It is very quaint & bright, has that old Florida feel. Lots to do & see without all the hustle & bustle of the larger beach communities. A lot of very friendly & interesting people. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, fishing, boating, etc... And all the other beaches are a just a short drive away!

What makes this apartment unique

I love our location! We are a hop, skip and jump to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! And best of all, I enjoy our uncrowded beaches! FABULOUS French Bakery a minute away...where I love to grab my cappuccino and croissant, then head to the Beach to read the morning paper...or relax at our Tiki-Hut!

My wife and I have stayed at this location, for our vacation to Fl., for the past four years. It is very charming, clean, and just steps to the Gulf as advertised. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. As in the past, we will be looking forward to spending our vacation next year at Gulf Breeze Inn.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

My stay was wonderful and the house was warm and cozy. The house was maintained well and decorated nicely. I would definitely come back again. I had a wonderful few days there. I would also recommend to friends and family for future use. Thanks Kathy

Very clean, very bright, very comfortable. So convenient, 1 minute walk to the beach, and the beach trolley stopped right down the block if you wanted to visit other beaches/restaurants but were without a car. This place is great value and I would highly recommend it.
