Cozy Cape Cod cottage tucked in the woods, within walking distance to Bakers Pond. It is only a short drive to other area beaches. Offering a large wrap-around deck and a nice outdoor shower. The cottage shares a spacious well landscaped yard with the owners residence. However, it has its own personal backyard space with plenty of privacy. The kitchen has a gas stove with above microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Queen size bedroom and one full bathroom is located on the main floor next to the kitchen and dining area. A spiral staircase takes you down stairs to where the second bedroom (twin bed) and living area (sleep sofa) are located with a walk out entrance. For off-season rentals the cottage has a gas heating system. It is suitable for a young family or for a romantic getaway.

The location of our property is only a short distance to town where there is shopping, plenty of restaurants, and the home to the Cardinals summer league baseball team. Orleans is home to several beaches including Skaket Beach, a bay beach perfect for family time. Nauset Beach is one of our most popular for surf and sun. We only only a short distance to Nickerson State Park and the Rail Trail.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage. It only sleeps 4 people. The cottage is very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. My children loved the outdoor shower, it was great when we got back from the beach.The owners have a binder full of information about sights, attractions and restaurants. We were only a few minutes from Rte 6, Shaw's supermarket and downtown Orleans. We have already recommended this cottage to a few of our friends.
