This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned. It is situated in a secure gated estate which is safe and quiet. It has a 30x15ft SW facing pool which catches the sun from morning until sunset and is not overlooked from the back. The Villa is 2 miles from the 192 which runs past Disney (10 minutes) and 2 miles from the I-4 which will take you to all the major attractions and shopping malls very quickly and also the Gulf coast or the Atlantic coast. The villa itself has everything you need to have a great stay in Florida. It has internet wireless, cable TV in the lounge and 4 bedrooms, free phone calls home 24hrs to N. America, Canada, and most of Europe including Great Britain. A game room with full size table/tennis, air hockey, foosball, electronic darts, pocket billiards and toys including a playstation 2. All towels and linen are provided together with beach towels. Plenty of loungers and chairs to laze by the poolside. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen. Washer&dryer.
