This is a completely non-Smoking unit

This modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath is part of an 8 unit historical building that was completely remodeled in 2006. It has limestone floors, slate countertops, Bosch appliances and a huge open kitchen along with a Carrara marble bath and modern wenge wood and glass vanity. We are located in the MIDDLE of South Beach -- just below Flamingo Park.

Entertainment: Flat screen TV for your entertainment. Wifi Internet access. Condo is right in the middle of South Beach -- walking distance to all the bars, nightclubs, beaches and restaurants, but still located on a quiet residential street.

Kids and Pets: The building is pet friendly and kid friendly and makes for a relaxing family vacation spot as it is just 2 blocks from Flamingo Park with every outdoor activity imaginable -- both for kids and dogs !!!

Why the Owner Chose Other South Beach Properties: : We bought the entire building in 2004 and remodeled it from top to bottom. It was literally rebuilt in place as it was an historic building from 1924. This makes it not your average vacation rental from the Bosch appliances to the hurricane impact windows. We furnished the listing for our personal use so we think that also sets us apart from your average South Beach Rental.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: : We live in Costa Rica and come and go from our South Beach Rental. I love that I can WALK ANYWHERE -- and I do. My husband loves that he can take a taxi anywhere on the beach for around $4. Our 5 year old son loves that we can walk to the amazing kids park 1.5 blocks away. Both my husband and I use the tennis courts that are just 1 block away. The Whole Foods -- 2 blocks away -- is super handy -- i walk there and my husband drives. I love how big the apartment feels -- even though it is a 1 bedroom it has the feeling of space and separate areas. Even though when you are in South Beach you are on the go with so much to do -- the big sectional sofa is nice to come home to and watch some TV. I tell everyone -- one experience not to be missed is renting a beach chair at the Delano hotel -- 17th Ave and Collins. The best $20 you will ever spend !!! Also order a Nina Fresa (cocktail) as Sushi Samba on Lincoln Road at the corner with Pennsylvania. Email us for more tips!

Owner Description/Comments: : We live in Costa Rica with our 5 year old son and our dogs India and Enzo and use our rental whenever we come back to Miami. Most of our guests have come from outside of the US (Brazil, Italy, England, Switzerland, France and Canada) and I have struck up email friendships with so many!! We love to travel and hope you will enjoy your vacation in our vacation place!!

We are located right in the middle of South Beach -- a 15 minute stroll (or a $4 cab ride to Lincoln Road and all the shops, restaurants and movies and 10 - 12 minutes to the ocean. We are 1.5 blocks from Flamingo Park and tennis, swimming, kids and dog parks !!

Great Stay!

I've been to Miami several times and never have my accommodations felt like a home away from home...until now. Elizabeth was very pleasant and always a phone call away. She made booking and payment very easy, as well. My 3 friends and I were vacationing from Chicago and this condo had everything we needed to cook (actually more than we needed lol), clean, and enough space for all of us to feel quite comfortable. It's close enough to access all of the action on south beach, but far enough for peace and quiet when it's time to wine down. The internet was easily accessible and fast; the cleaning products were green, non toxic products, which was a plus. Truthfully, it was a great stay and the next time I'm in Miami, I already know where to go.

Very Clean and Modern

A clean, modern condo that had more than what we needed. Could not ask for more for the price. Close to everything, did not use the car our entire stay. Definitely would stay again.

Had such a great time there. Very clean and new. I went during Art Basel so there were plenty of great things going on. I will definitely go back knowing this place exists and how easy it was to stay there. It's so convenient to Whole Foods, Starbucks, and the rental bikes (which were my favorite experience of the whole trip). Also having a parking space was a huge benefit.

Great Rental!!!!!

The Rental was PERFECT!!!!! Close to everything i.e. restaurants, bars, nightlife, beach, shopping, grocery stores. There were 3 of us and the place was a good size for us (we never felt cramped). It was like a home away from home. Elizabeth was GREAT and the process was very easy. When in Miami again, I will definitely be staying in #3!!!! If you are looking for a hassle free vacation, look no further. And did I mention the price was great annnndddd you get your own personal parking space. Can't beat it!!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
