We are located right in the middle of South Beach -- a 15 minute stroll (or a $4 cab ride to Lincoln Road and all the shops, restaurants and movies and 10 - 12 minutes to the ocean. We are 1.5 blocks from Flamingo Park and tennis, swimming, kids and dog parks !!

Entertainment: iPod sound system and flat screen TV for your entertainment. Wifi Internet access. Condo is right in the middle of South Beach -- walking distance to all the bars, nightclubs, beaches and restaurants, but still located on a quiet residential street.

Work: If you aren't here to play, the condo has the easiest access to the causeway to head downtown and to work or to the I-95.

Kids and Pets: The building is pet friendly and kid friendly and makes for a relaxing family vacation spot as it is just 2 blocks from Flamingo Park with every outdoor activity imaginable -- both for kids and dogs !!!

Other Activities: Boating, basketball, shopping.

My partner, myself and our two year old stayed here in apartment 3 for a week over New Year 2009/10. The apartment was exactly as it is described and we had a wonderful time, it was in the heart of South Beach and within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. We even had a designated parking space for our hire car right behind the property, a real bonus. The owner was helpful and informative and I can thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
