The Pinot Quarters occupies the second level of our late 1800’ s Victorian building and is located within a three block stroll to Oregon’s Favorite Downtown, historic McMinnville. Visit pinotquarters dot com for more photos and information.

Also centered conveniently amongst nearly two hundred wineries, we offer the perfect wine country vacation and we're sure you’ll be glad you found us!

We offer 2 fully furnished bedrooms with Queen size beds, a roomy bathroom with relaxing sunken soaking tub, shower and pedestal sinks, cute outdoor patio with seating and a full kitchen with coffee maker, wine chiller and other appropriate accessories.

The unit is also equipped with air conditioning, a living room with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with satellite, telephone with free local calls, high speed Wi-Fi, IPod docking station, blow dryer and clothes iron….

We offer an "On Your Honor" program which includes local items such as soaps, lotions etc. If you choose to use these items, your card will be charged upon checkout.

We wish to respect your privacy while you stay at Pinot Quarters. Your rate does not include daily housekeeping, nor do we offer a daily turndown service during your visit.

About The Owner

Owner's Scott and Lisa Neal are owners of Coeur de Terre Vineyard & Winery located in the McMinnville American Viticultural Area. Originally furnished to provide friends and distributors from the wine community a place to stay. With great feedback from those individuals for the location, realized the potential for a vacation rental. Realizing the opportunity to support the Historic McMinnville locally owned businesses and wineries within McMinnville inspired them to pursue this endeavor.

Historic McMinnville is a truly unique downtown area that boasts amazing small businesses/shops and some of the best restaurants in the valley. With the close proximity to incredible wineries within the city limits as well as 10 minutes outside, made this an ideal location for a destination rental.

What makes this house unique

This property is within 3 walking blocks to Historic Downtown where you will find art galleries, unique clothing boutiques, amazing restaurants, wine tasting bars, organic grocery stores, and the local farmer's market. It is also within walking distance to The Downtown McMinnville Wineries where you will find well known wineries such as Panther Creek, R.Stuart Winery, Remy Wines, Sol et Soleil Winery, Eyrie Winery, Anthony Dell Cellars, Westry Winery.

If you choose to drive, you are within a 10 minute drive to the McMinnville American Viticultural Area which boasts amazing vineyards and wineries such as Coeur de Terre Vineyard, Coleman Vineyard, Maysara Winery, Youngberg Hill Vineyard and Yamhill Valley Vineyards.

Great location, nice and cool on a very hot day. Place was very cleand and well oufitted. Perfect for two couples.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pinot Quarters very much. The house is lovely. My family and I especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and plush bathroom towels. The house has all the conveniences of home and more. It is within walking distance of great restaurants and wineries in McMinnville. You can't go wrong by staying here.

Pinot Quarters - Charming and accessible

Our family of 6 was in town for our son's graduation from college and we loved staying at the Pinot Quarters. It was the top floor of an older Victorian home, the bottom floor being the office of a local vineyard. It was nice to have a separate side entrance and since we were there on the weekend, the office was closed and we didn't worry about any noise bothering anyone below us. The rental was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to so many of McMinnville's shops and restaurants. The only downside was the fact that there was only one (quite large!) bathroom to share, so I would only recommend this rental for families or close friends.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
