Four bedrooms (including 16x16 foot loft bedroom), two full bathrooms, solid cedar, open beam house, located in nice neighborhood. Total of 2 king size beds, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and, in the living room, a queen size futon. spacious living-dining-kitchen area is 20 ft x 40 ft. Ceramic tile floors, counters, shower. Walking distance to Kilauea Bakery, the Kong Lung Company (upscale shopping), post office, and two mini-markets. Five minute drive, or two mile walk or run to the Kilauea Lighthouse. Charming small town location with minimal tourist impact. Be on uncrowded white sand beaches (Rock Quarry, Secret, Kalihiwai or Anini) in about five minutes by car. Hanalei Bay, Lumahai, Tunnels and Ke'e Beaches are a reasonable distance and a gorgeous drive. Kilauea Coconut House is a legal non-conforming transient vacation rental and is registered with the County of Kauai. Permit Number: TVNC-1130.
