Two lakeside porches offer incredible bluff views. Home has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Fantastic stone fireplace, Brazilian cherry floors. Steps to beautiful sandy beach. No Pets. No Smoking

My family stayed at this lake house for the last two summers. We were so happy with our first experience that we returned the following year. The house is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The rooms are large and bright. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and linens are provided. The house sits on a perfectly manicured lot with lovely hydrangea bushes. We enjoyed many afternoons playing in the backyard. The back porch was our favorite spot in the house due to the incredible view and comfortable seating for lounging and dining. Summit Park is a one mile drive from the house and has a wonderful wide sandy beach. Even closer is famous Bottrell's Fish Market. The house is located between Pentwater and Ludington for easy access to either destination.
The high bluff affords incredible views of the lake, however, the narrow private beach is accessed by steep stairs. With three young children, we spent most of our beach time at Summit Park or at Charles Mears State Park. The owners supply beach chairs and a beach umbrella which can be stored in a locker at the base of the stairs for your convenience.
Our family looks forward to future visits to our Michigan home away from home.

We stayed for two weeks in Summer 2009.
Beautiful, well constructed house (we have rented luxury homes in a number of locations throughout the US - this was the nicest one overall).
Gourmet kitchen. Nearly all rooms have a view of Lake Michigan.
Nicely maintained yard and garden.
Friendly neighbors.
A few miles away from downtown Luddington and Pentwater.
Perfect spot for a low key, relaxing vacation.
Owner was accessible and friendly when we had some questions about the area.
I recommend this house highly.
