Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

The cottages at Pigeon Forge are unique; there is literally nothing else like it in the area. Most cabins, hotels, motels, condos require parking in a parking lot, leaving car exposed to elements and conditions. This unit has a 2-car garage.

Participants in the car shows have a great place to bring the showcar, park it inside, out of the elements and keep it there until show time. Plus it's just nice to have your car have the luxury of being garaged.

Families of 2, 4 and 6 can spread out and get away from each other. With the kitchen and dining room, families can buy food and have all their breakfasts and as many lunches and dinners as they desire in the cottage--a big money saver.

Many vacationers like to rent rustic cabins. Those units are usually miles away from the where the action is, parking is outside, and amenities are few and far between. The cottages have a pool and a spa and the major activities are all close by. Spend a day in Gatlinburg; it's just 15 minutes away. Dollywood's theme park, very close by.

Wal-Mart, Lowe's, major shopping malls, just 5 minutes away. All these things make this the best location in Pigeon Forge and my unit is the best of them all. It's worth the price.

About The Owner

My family loves vacationing in the Pigeon Forge-Gatlinburg area. Every season is a treasure, filled with car shows, gospel singing, 4th of July celebrations, changing of leaf colors in the fall. Millions vacation there every year. And the great Smoky Mountains are in the region. As a realtor with re/max, I recognize that this cottage provides more luxury living than virtually anything in the area, and it's so close to everything--no half hour drives into the mountains.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 2007
Why The Owner chose Pigeon Forge

When I realized that over half of the population in the US lives less than a day's drive from the Smoky Mountains, I knew this was the place to buy a vacation property. The opportunity to rent it out when we're not vacationing there is fabulous, plus it's a great way to reward many of my clients for being great customers.

What makes this cottage unique

We love the beauty of the area, and we can drive there in less than 4 hours. We love to take in the great shows, dine at the fantastic restaurants, hike the trails of the Smokeys. We can also stay home and cook, watch a movie, and just relax on our beautiful front porch or enjoy our screened porch in the back. Residents of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina will find this a great place to stay over a weekend when their team is playing the Vols in Knoxville.

My whole family agreed that this was our favorite Pigeon Forge rental, and we have stayed in quite a few. It was very, very clean which sold it for me. The location was great and very quiet. Short walk to the pool. We plan to stay here again!!!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

We have stayed at may locations in Pigeon Forge. This was by far one of the best properties. Wayne was great to work with. The pictures show the cottage perfectly. Very clean with great furnishings. The location was awesome. Right off the main strip. You could even walk to get something to eat or shop. I would recommend this property to anyone. We do plan to return and hope to rent this cottage again.
