Newly renovated one bedroom loft with fully equipped kitchen, stone tile bath, and Vermont Castings gas stove. Sunshine pours into this beautifully crafted rustic home. Soak up the sun on your private stone patio or float dreamily on the swimming pond. Located at the end of a dirt road, on scenic farmland. Enjoy uninterrupted expansive views. This home is both remote and connected -- it's way out in the middle of the woods, but just over four miles from Rochester, a village with fine dining, funky cafes, tennis courts, and art galleries. Cross-country skiers and snowmobilers can pick up groomed trails at the doorstep. Or take a short walk from the door to nearby lookouts, moose paths and beaver ponds. Enjoy several spots in the nearby rivers for swimming, cliff diving, tubing, or fly-fishing. We are 20 minutes from Silver Lake, a perfect spot for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. 30 minutes from Killington, Sugarbush, and the Green Mountain National Golf Course.
