Hardwood floors,carpeting and vaulted ceilings throughout with ceiling fans in master bedroom and office/2nd bedroom. Three skylights. Wood burning fireplace. Front deck with wooded valley views, private patio in back amid landscaped terraces, redwood and fruit trees. Off-street parking and separate address for mail delivery.

'Our family of three rented this property from May 2008 through early February 2009 while we were looking to buy a house and all of our things were in storage. We couldn't have asked for a more ideal 'home away from home.' ...Ann has thought of everything from speedy internet connections, cable TV, great washer/dryer setup, anything you could need in the kitchen and more. The decor is smart, contemporary and comfortable. In fact, my son suggested that I get Ann to help with decorating. Provided bedding, towels, etc. were fresh and attractive. One very special aspect to the home is the garden areas. There is a beautifully landscaped front yard and the unit has an absolutely charming, private garden and patio area in back. During the good weather, we made full use of this lovely space. .. We settled right in and were in no hurry to leave. .
