Notes: JW Marriott within walking distance--Restaurants within walking distance--No real reason to even leave property, there is so much there. Swimming pool not crowded very private and there is a small child pool. Grocery store very close. 24 hour reception service available. Wireless on outside decks, very private, and inside. Smoking okay outside only.

Our Family Travels: We have a family of four, two kids 9 and 11. We love our Villa, we can walk to the beach and collect beautiful seashells. then go to lunch on the beach at a great Pizza restaurant called LOLAS and watch surfers, We can all go swimming in a large clean pool with out a bunch of people and have privacy. We can watch the kids from our deck. For the adult families it is very quite , There is so much to do..

Wild Life and Restaurants: The property is 5000 acres, we have monkeys and all kinds of wild life here. I feel you really feel Costa Rica here and not just another hotel. All kinds of thing to do on property, ride bikes, go horseback riding,tennis,surfing,snorkeling,nice exercise room with large screen TV private. spend a day at a world class spa!! eat the most fabulous brunch buffet you will ever have!! The restaurants are GREAT! We do not even go to town..

Beaches: Miles of beaches and all kinds, one great for snorkeling, one great just for surfing, where they even have world class competitions. One great for the kids! Also great and wide open for running or picnic..Spend a day easily.

Golf: One of Two Great Golf Courses in all Guanacaste Region, My husband and I love this course because there is no wait very open and flexible, beautiful, challenging. The other course near by is always crowded..Great Ocean Holes and a great Golf Pub for a cold one. They do have clubs there for rent.
