This large Cape is a barefoot stroll from a shared private beach. Enjoy ocean views on the three season sun room or spend a lazy afternoon in the shade of your back yard gazebo. Home is an eclectic mix of new and antique furnishings including a baby grand piano. The home is freshly painted for the 2009 summer rental season. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. Other amenities include wireless internet, phone, DVD player, cable TV and two TV's. Huge yard with a patio area, new enclosed outside shower, gas grill, patio table and chairs. Other photos to follow as bedrooms are updated.

About The Owner

We chose this beautiful vacation home because of the close proximity to the private beach. No need to pay high beach parking fees. Guests have a choice of staying on the beach or sitting on the large deck equipped with a gazebo. One can view the water from every room in the house. The neighborhood is private, so it is very quiet during the day and night. We spent the summers with our children for 15 years and now that the children are grown, we decided to let others enjoy what we have enjoyed over the years.
