A vacation should be a relaxing retreat. Come enjoy the comforts of our special luxury villa located in the gated resort community of Puerta Azul. Our home is a single story detached house with a one car garage. Our home is adjacent to the Pete Dye Stadium Course at the PGA West and just 5 miles from Silver Rock Resort, voted one of the top ten new public courses by Golf Magazine. You are 3.5 miles from Eldorado Polo Club and 9 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

The mountain views are spectacular from any of our 3 patios, bordered with lush flowers, roses, palms and bougainvillea. A resort style, salt-water pool offers a tanning shelf, gas fire pit and spa in the private backyard. Add the beautiful built in gas BBQ and ample outdoor furnishings and you have a recipe for delightful al fresco dinning.

House: It includes two master bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, an open great room and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Both bedroom suites have their own TV, walk in closet, shower and dual sinks. The main bedroom includes the additional luxuries of a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress and a roman bath.

The great room is equipped with an HD TV, a Blue Ray disk player, a stereo with a CD player, and an expansive sleeper sofa with a double bed. The wireless internet, computer printer and phone give you the means to determine and plan your activities.

Yard: The mountain views are spectacular from any of our 3 patios, bordered with lush flowers, roses, palms and bougainvillea. A resort style, salt-water pool offers a tanning shelf, gas fire pit and spa in the private backyard. Yard and pool are lighted for evening entertainment.

Gated Community: The resort community of Puerta Azul offers a large family pool, lap pool, spas, tennis courts, bocce ball and a spacious clubhouse with a pool table, fitness center and wireless internet.

Garage: Owners vehicle will be in garage so parking is limited to in front of garage (one car only) or in off street parking at the lap pool 200 feet from the house.

Terrific home- exceeded our expectations

We spent a week in April. Everything was perfect- well-equipped, private, fabulous pool and entertainment options.
The kitchen is a dream. The beds and showers large...and the spa very relaxing.
So close to everything, but quiet with beautiful sunsets and stargazing from the deck ( or the pool) was wonderful.
The wireless setup with monitor, printer, etc was very convenient.
Anoslutely would go again

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at this fantastic La Quinta home. Often you arrive somewhere to be disappointed because the place is not as nice as the pictures; that won't be the case with this house. The house is immaculate and everything is in new or almost new condition. It is very well stocked, all you need are your groceries.
The backyard is very private and quiet with your own pool and spa to enjoy. We also enjoyed the fire pit in the middle of the pool one night.
Do not hesitate to book your stay at this house.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The description was accurate. The home is very well maintained. Beautiful decor. All the amenities needed. The layout of the home was very spacious. My family enjoyed our time there and were sad for our week to come to an end. The owner provided great customer service and we would recommend this property to a friend or relative.
