Photos and Description of the Fontana vacation house rental We have 6 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 baths, sleeps 13

Our Lake Geneva home is right on the Lake, on the South Shore. We have our own pier with 2 boats, 2 kayaks ,a water bike and and a water trampoline, lots of seating on the pier. We are fairly close to the Yacht Club and thus, the sail boat races are usually in great view off our pier or from areas in the house. It's a wonderful home that flows very easily. The master bedroom goes across the whole front of the house. Four of the bedrooms have their own baths. There are 2 sleeping porches off 2 of the bedrooms. We have a huge kitchen with lots of seating, a couch a fireplace, a breakfast nook and a warming oven. We have 2 refrigerators for convenience. The house has a large wrap around enclosed porch. You can view the lake from every downstairs room and of course, the large porch and huge outside deck. A great house. Deceiving from the outside. Made to be enjoyed and entertain. No pets allowed and no smoking!!

  • The Master bedroom is huge, goes the width of the house. It has a king bed that over looks the lake and a desk on each side of the room for computers, etc. Windows all the way across. The back bedroom is also large with a king bed and misc. chairs, dresser, etc. All 4 bedrooms have their own bath. Off 2 of the bedrooms are sleeping porches. One has a double bed and a twin on the porch; the other has 2 twin beds. I call them porches but they are totally enclosed rooms. All bedding is comfortable. Anyone renting for a month will have all new sheets.

Notes: We have a ski boat, a pontoon boat, a jet ski, 2 kayaks, a water bike and a large water trampoline. The use of these would have to be agreed upon by both parties. The house has a lot of extra features such as an extra refrigerator, a warming oven, fans in every room, sconce lighting in all bedrooms and living and dining rooms, etc. You won't be disappointed!
