Executive 4+3 home in lower foothills @ River/Campbell with heated pool and spa and guest house. 3+2 in main home, 1+1 in guest house. Day bed available for additional sleeping arrangements for the smaller guests. New Hi-def satellite dish TV. HBO and Cinemax included. High speed wireless internet. Fully furnished with all new pillow top beds (2008), 450 thread count sheets and luxurious bedding. New furniture with felt lined and cedar drawers. Very private 1/2 acre parcel with plenty of parking. New Forced air heating and cooling (2008) in main house, room A/C and forced air heating in guest house. Wood/tile floors, carpet in bedrooms only. Outdoor poolside beehive fireplace, above ground spa. Pool heat pump is available $150/wk from October -April. Spa heated year round at 102-104 at no extra cost. Free Long Distance to anywhere in US.
