It as a comfortable air conditioned three bedroom two bath room home which is positioned in a security gated complex for your added security. The home comes with a fully furnished pool area with a beautiful heatable swimming pool with a large screened deck area suitable for small children with easy access to toilet changing areas. Surrounded by a privacy fence makes relaxing in the sun, eating on the patio and taking a dip even more enjoyable.

The master bedroom has an attached bathroom whilst the other two twin bedded rooms are adjacent to the second bathroom. All linen, blankets and towels are well stocked.

The dining table easily seats six and the kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cooking equipment / utensils etc. There is a blender, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge / freezer within the kitchen area. Towards the enormous double garage is a washing machine and tumble dryer so there’s no need to go home with all that dirty washing!
