The perfect get-away!

We had a fabulous vacation this summer in Brewster. Not only was the house exquisite but the convenience to the beach is terrific.

Paines Creek is a great beach and changes with the tides. It is a great place to sunbathe, swim and take a long walk. Best part is the sunsets which I highly recommend. Grab ice cream at Kate’s a take a stroll down to watch the sunset. Don’t forget the camera!!

The house was as expected and had all amenities for a great stay. The outdoor shower is a must use during the summer.

We did day trips to Hyannis and Provincetown with ease. There are some great restaurants just a short drive away. I recommend the Brewster Fish House for dinner and WoodShed for live music!

Thanks so much for sharing this amazing location and house with us!

Beautiful view, Wonderful rental

We rented the Brewster house for Labor Day weekend, the house is very fully stocked, has a great view, private lot, ample parking and is close to everything. The small beach at the end of the road is great for swimming and kids and the bat and ocean beaches are a quick drive. great wine and liquor store just a short stroll down the road makes evening cocktails a breeze. The owners make everything easy and are available with lots of suggestions and anything we needed. According to 7 year old, the house is an upside down house, the living quarters are on the lower level and the kitchen, living and dining room are in a huge open space with huge views upstairs. Highly reccomended! When in Brewster/ Orleans don't miss: The Land Ho restaurant in Orleans, great tavern style restaurant run by soon to be famous artist John Murphy.

We spent a lovely week enjoying this well-kept and homey vacation house. The absolute highlight is the back deck with a stunning view of the pond and ocean. It became the gathering place for our family as we settled in to just relax for the week. The house is spacious and clean, and easy to relax in. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Home, Superb View, Best Owners, A+++++++

As Brits we highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of a holiday on the Cape. The house and view - superb, plenty of space for everyone and couldn't be more central for touring Cape Cod. Paines Creek is a joy, so safe for the kids to swim, kayak or play on the beach ......... and never mobbed with people.
The best place we've ever rented, without a shadow of doubt.
Whatever your needs, this property and location will fill them.

The photo's, whilst realistic don't do the house justice - it's all MUCH BETTER than it looks.

Don't think about it - Just book.

A Wonderful Vacation

Paines Creek Beach has it all...Beautiful sunsets...Tidal Flats and pools...salt marshes...everchanging sandbars from the creek flowing in...a variety of terrain and vegetation. You really have to experience it to know how special it is.

The house is as advertised...comfortable and homey and well stocked. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have private time, and room for everyone to be together in the living area. The living and dining room have a wall of sliders that have the same view as the deck.

The pictures on the website are an accurate reflection of the property...no trick camera angles.

The owner is helpful, attentive, and easy to work with.

We spent alot of time in Kayaks...in the creek...in the ponds and in the bay...wonderful!

We didn't have wind for our windsurfers, but the beach works for a launch during high tide.

The walk to the beach is 5-10 mins.

Neighbors are quiet.

All in all...A Great Vacation
Owner's Response: We realize that people have one or two weeks to relax and enjoy themselves and that they are paying a lot of money for a place to stay. We treat our renters as guests and want to make sure they have a great time and that their needs are met.
