The beautiful view is just as pictured, with the addition of egret, heron and kingfisher birdlife in the marshland outside.

The condo is well equipped, incl. ethernet & wi-fi, and very comfortable and we had a most enjoyable week's vacation.

Can walk on picturesque path, with wooden bridges, through and over the marshland to Fager's Island waterfront restaurant.

The owner is very responsive to questions and the whole tranaction was easy and pleasant.

Perfect-sized getaway spot

I was very pleased with the condo. It was very nice and clean when we arrived and also came with a washer & dryer (a big PLUS). The size of the condo was perfect for the people that came down to OC with me. It was in a great location and not too far away from anything. We stayed for a total of 5 days and the rental rate was incredibly reasonable. The condo owner was also very friendly and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I definately will be renting this condo again in the future. I highly recommend renting out this condo!

I loved my stay at this condo. it was close to everything restaurants, shopping and most importantly the beach. and did i say the place is beautiful and clean.

The owner also is such a pleasant person.would def. rent this property again

Clean, tropical, everything we wanted and a perfect location. Sunsets really are spectacular. Took us 1 minute to walk to beach.

Am going to stay here again later this summer!
