Carriage House is in a peaceful quiet Michigan pine forest with a path access to Silver Lake. Three bedrooms with a bath makes this a great quiet summer vacation for your family on the Art Coast of Michigan. Saugatuck is 2 hours from the Chicago Loop. Drink coffee and eat on the private balcony in the tree tops with surrounding gardens and birds. This is a new property and new appliances with a 32' Hi-def cable TV with DVD. Bring your cell phones and linens. The bustling city of Saugatuck has one of a kind gift shops, boutiques, art galleries, specialty shops, wine tasting, gourmet dining, and snacks, nearby Golf course and Lake Michigan with white sandy beaches. Also, there are 2 live theaters in town, washer & dryer, dishwasher, and gas fireplace . One King size bed, the other two bedrooms have double beds. Ask about your small dog, pre-approval, extra charges, and absolutely no smoking on the property or in the gardens or in the woods.
