This is a single-storey, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 8 people and is situated within the gated sub-division of "The Hamlet" on West Haven. "The Hamlet" has the benefit of a communal swimming pool, tennis courts and two children’s play areas.
The villa has 2 living rooms and a formal dining area that seats 6 in addition to a breakfast nook that seats 4. There are 3 TV's (37" flat screen in the family room, 21" TV in the master and 19" flat screen TV wall-mounted in one of the twin bedrooms plus a fourth TV (21" TV without cable) in the other twin bedroom that can only be used for DVD's and games. For the benefit of guests, the homeowner has kindly provided a number of DVD's and CD's for the enjoyment of guests. There is also a CD player and wireless internet. In addition to air-conditioning throughout, all the bedrooms and family room have ceiling fans. The utility area contains a large washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with his n' her vanities, garden tub (bath), separate shower cubicle and WC. The second and third bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and share a separate full bathroom.
There is a garden to the front of the property while at the rear is a heatable electric private pool with pool blanket and safety net. There is also a covered Lanai with ceiling fan and light. The patio area, which is south-facing, is perfect for al-fresco dining. Tthe pool deck furniture consists of a round table, 4 tubular chairs with cushions and 2 tubular loungers with cushions.
West Haven is in a great location off Hwy 54 and is only 10 minutes drive from Hwy 192, 15 minutes away from Disney Maingate, 20 minutes to Sea World, 30 minutes to Universal Studios and 60 minutes to Kennedy Space Centre and Busch gardens.
The airports are easily accessible – 40 minutes to Orlando International and 55 minutes to Sanford.
