Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Why rent a motel room when you can stay in this beautiful condo which has 2 King bedrooms with private baths, fully equipped kitchen and living room? Relax on the deck in the rocking chairs overlooking the river. You are able to walk to downtown, to Festhalle, tubing and other attractions. The pictures do not do it justice - there is more than 1200 square feet in this beautiful condo.

Stay here while exploring all of what the North Georgia mountains have to offer.

Located just one block off main street is a perfect NEW 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo directly on the Chattahoochee River. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large deck with grill, whirlpool tubs in each bath, large flat screen TVs and 3 gas log fireplaces (one in each bedroom and great room) and elevator for the building. One block from downtown enables you to walk to almost all the Helen attractions, shopping and eating.

During the summer enjoy watching the tubers, fish in river and enjoy. During Oktoberfest this location can't be beat - 50 yards to the Festhalle where all the events are happening. Walk to everything and have a place to leave your car - 2 parking spaces under the building.

Such a Nice Place to Stay!!!

Our family loves staying here each year when we come to participate in the annual trout tournament. The view is amazing, the beds sleep good, the whole place is decorated so cute plus it's extremely close to downtown! Would recommend this place to anyone!

What a beautiful, clean, and charmingingly decorated condo. The covered parking with direct access to the unit is a real plus. The unit is right in town near everything, however, the view out the back and off the deck is of the river with rapids and dense woods on the other side giving you a sense of being miles from anything. Just the perfect package at a very reasonable rate. Thanks, we absolutely loved it!!!!!

This is a great condo to stay at in Helen. It's an ideal, convenient location, especially if you're tubing, and within easy walking distance to most anywhere in Helen. The owners were very nice people and easy to deal with. They were quick to respond to questions either by phone or email and very responsive. The property was very clean and well kept and the furniture & furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Helen. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

Your place was wonderful ! It is so clean, new furnishings, and right on the river ! We also liked that we could walk one block to all of the stores and attractions in Helen and we loved that is was only a short drive to Unicoi State Park. We will be back ! Great rental and highly recommend

Very clean, spacious, and well furnished all-around. You wouldn't think this is a "rental." For the money spent, this is one of the best places we've ever stayed and would not only recommend it but will stay there again.,

Location in Helen is right there, the balcony views of the river are just as good as the pictures posted, and the owners are really nice people too and easy to deal with. I don't think you'll find anything better for your money in Helen than this.
