With 5 TV's (27"TV in living room with combined DVD, MP3 and CD player and a VCR, 26"TV in master, 20" TV in full bedroom and a 20"TV in each of the two twin bedrooms. There is a laundry room with large washing machine and dryer. There is a fully equipped kitchen with tile floor. The formal dining area seats 6 while the breakfast nook which also has a tile floor seats a further 4 with views out over the patio deck. There are window treatments in a number of rooms including the master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and breakfast nook while all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bedrooms consist of a master with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has his n' her vanities, bath, large shower cubicle, wall-mounted hair dryer, walk-in-closet and separate toilet room while the second communal bathroom also has a wall-mounted hair-dryer. The second bedroom has a full-size bed while the remaining two bedrooms both have twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room which allows the home to accommodate up to 10 people.
