White picket fenced beach house on quiet cul-de-sac doors from Long Island Sound in a beautiful, upscale summer community. Wonderful water views from the charming front porch and bedrooms. Private back garden with covered patio dining area. Fully furnished. Cozy beach cottage feel- available for weekly rentals. Fall/winter academic rental also a possibility. Happy house and friendly, family neighborhood.

Living room/dining room with fireplace; kitchen; bath and garage downstairs. Five bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and queen bed. Two single bedded children's rooms. Two guest rooms- one with double bed and one with twin beds. Sleeps 8. Rights to beach at end of street; walk to town with nationally acclaimed bookstore, arts cinema, library, restaurants, pretty shops, Starbucks.

Such Summer Fun

Our family stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The house, porch, backyard were perfect. Nice neighbors too. Views of the ocean are great. The trunk full of dress up clothes was such a hit with the kids! Great Time. Thanks so much!
