The gem clear waters are the home of an almost endless variety of fish and marine life... It has a private 38-step down foot dock with deep water that will accommodate any size boat. In minutes you can be fishing in the Bay or Ocean. You have a fish cleaning statiion,bait freezer, plus a gas barbecue grill to cook your fresh fish as you relax on your neat patio. You will have a guest membership to the private Cabana Club with its heated pool, beach and Tiki and its walking distance. This beautiful home has a lovely outside patio overlooking the water. There are 2 spacious bedrooms. One has King with full bathroom and separate entrance. The 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable queen bed. Great little house for a family of 4. Nicely decorated and updated furnishings. Loved the entire City of Key Colony Beach. We felt very safe there. Can't beat the beautiful view of the water in the back yard. We rented a boat in the community and it was delivered to our back door. Vacation boat rentals at Key Colony Beach had a very friendly and helpful staff. The neighborhood was centrally located to all attractions and a short drive to Key West. Sombrero key was a short boat ride away and the snorkeling was awesome. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. A small TV in the guest bedroom would have been nice to have. The Beds were comfortable. Loved relaxing in the back yard. The neighbors were very friendly. It was very nice to have the membership to the club so we could go to the pool on non boating days.
