This is the house that you always hope that you'll find but never do. It's awesome. Awesome location, amazing and unique house, fabulously equipped, very clean, great owner.
My wife and I live less than a mile from the house and had walked by it for years admiring it. Finally we got to rent it one weekend. It was just as nice on the inside as it was from the outside. The house has interesting tasteful furniture, a great, well equipped kitchen (with great appliances), and fun artistic and architectural touches to discover and explore. Normally when you come to Newburyport/Plum Island you want to spend all your time going outside (great beaches, kayaking, bicycling, boating, great restaurants) but the house is so nice you almost can't do better by leaving it. Then again with all the windows and the two decks, being at the house is like being outside – with luxury.
We'll be back.
