LOCATED AT 12 MARSH ST., MOODY BEACH, WELLS, ME 04090 Brand new 2009 construction, all on 1st floor, open concept design, custom gourmet stainless steel full appliance kitchen, large fenced in lawn on a private dead end street. Two porches to enjoy and relax in a safe ocean side neighborhood. Short safe walk to beach on private street. Each room decorated and coordinated to turn back the time in a different color theme reflecting the ' Colors of Maine Summers ' ; Blue ocean, Green tranquil Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, Yellow sunny days on the beach, and Peach/Salmon sunsets. Dining for 8 around the farmers table with 4 more at the adjacent kitchen raised island bar. A large living room with comfortable wicker furnishing. Nap and sleep to the rhythm of the surf.

I would recommend this house to anyone. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves at this house rental.

The owners thought of every little detail to make everyone staying, happy. From leaving us fresh flowers and a bottle of wine, to every kitchen utensil, cookware, dishes etc, to a sprinkler for kids on a hot day if you didnt want to go to the beach. The house has a very open concept and is extremely comfortable and very quiet! Teh dishwasher, washer/dryer and outdoor shower are a huge plus.

Right around the corner from the beach! and driving distance to everything (stores, restaurants, arcade, mini golf etc).
