Stay in this beautifully decorated new home that is located 5 minutes to 3 exclusive beaches. Shopping is just minutes away. In the house you will find everything: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric stove including oven, large refrigerator-freezer with ice maker, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer, bed sheets, towels, and the complete inventory of household supplies. This is a very private neighborhood. A 6-foot privacy fence surrounds the large back yard. There 2-car garage. The house is a split floor plan that is convenient for 2 families. Master bedroom has a king size bed, and a den that has a pull out couch the other side has 1 king bed and 1 double in the other. Master bathroom has a separate Garden Tub and Shower. Full guest bath with shower-tub combo. We speak English and German!
